No delay noticeable on any page. Very configurable including brightness, sepia, fonts, etc. Did I also mention IT’S FREE! There are paid versions for similar apps that actually under-perform compared to Dark Reader. Highly recommended! ;)

Update: after my free trial expired I tried living without this extension for a few months. Nope, I need the full package. It’s just that much better than any others. I’ve tried every “night mode” type extension I could find and if they weren’t just putting a dumb inversion filter on things, they barely worked. This one actually works hard to get rid of as much of the white flash you get upon loading pages as possible. It seems to perform post-processing on all webpages to figure out what’s light and what isn’t. The downside is it’s slow on older machines, but it really works better than anything else I’ve tried. One of my big metrics for testing these is mcmaster.com. This one nails it 100%. They even have a support chatbox for reporting broken sites which they actually monitor and follow up on! Bravo!

Very very useful extension for chrome browser. It saves my eyes from white, blue & extra blue bright light. My user experience gets quite fantastic with it. Can browse web for long time without any eye strain. Some minor adjustment is required from this extension developer to improve UI experience perfect. Some website does not perform well while this extension is turned on. So need fix for that.

Мне сильно не хватает автоматического включения по расписанию или в зависимости от времени заката в своем регионе, как это сделано в телеграме. 2. Было бы гораздо удобнее, если по нажатию на кнопку расширения сразу включался бы “темный” режим, а настройки - через контекстное меню.

It’s great and for most sites it’s perfect! The only thing is that Gmail is kind of hard to understand! Other than that, it’s AWESOME!!!

Хорошая штука. Можно смело пользоваться:) Единственное, в сообщениях с списке чатов справа недостаточно чётко отображаются чаты с новыми сообщениями. В остальном просто идеально.

So far so good. Love the fact ti does not distort the pictures or video’s of my favorite news sites. Makes reading a pleasure after a hard days work for my poor eyes. Thanks a ton!
