the main issue with these extensions is that it seems the idea of only applying dark mode to one tab is not possible or easy to implement. So with other extensions I might turn dark mode on for one browser tab and then my twitch stream on another monitor blinds me. This extension at least has the solution of disabling for certain sites (through the context menu!! <3 )

The best dark mode extension I have ever used for Chrome! Works like a charm even on unsupported legacy websites where other extensions struggle. I don’t understand why a lot of people give one start just because its paid. Maintaining a good software needs good experienced developers.

Does exactly what I need it for, you can whitelist specific websites easily by holding Shift+Ctrl+E and undo with the same shortcut.

This is better than Night Eye Lite, which is what Night Eye turns into eventually after trial expires in 3 months. Much better than Super Dark Theme too.

I loved it!! It was great for SO many websites like Instagram, Wattpad, etc. And it was so useful and handy. But the only thing that like bugs me is that it changes the coloring of the pictures sometimes but overall this is the best Dark Theme mode for Chromebook!!!

Great app. It works really well on most sites and even better than their own implemention of dark mode (which often suffers from white screen/flash of logo at the begining). The only issue is that in some web pages colors can be a bit off (like for example if you are looking at a color on a web page with which you want to color your room and their website is designed in a way where those colors aren’t pictures but drawn). Otherwise best spent money as it lowers eye strain significantly yet still offers easy control (turn on/off). Love it and recommmend it. 9/10

works pretty good. Useful and easy extension even if it doesn’t work on some sites, but globaly i liked it.

This is amazing!!! This is so much better for my eyes. I don’t understand why some people do not like dark mode. It’s so much better for your eyes plus dark mode is beautiful. Dark Reader thank you so much!!!!!!!
