I tried a ton of dark modes, None work perfect. Like some has issues that creates a negative film all over the screen wheather its a video or pictire or just background. THIS WORKS PRETTY GOOD. I SEARCHED FOR DARK MODES FOR A HALF AN HOUR NOW. GLAD TO STUBLE ACROSS THIS EXTENSION. THANKSSS FOR THE DEVSS 💓💓

Very impressed with this app! I’ve slowly come to fully realize that implementing a browser-global dark mode for the entirety of internet pages one visits is no trivial task & was convinced for a loooong time that the seemingly more sophisticated Dark Reader was as good as one could hope for. That said, I still found myself permanently disabling it on more websites than ones I would use it with & eventually simply became a chore I didn’t want to deal with any more once it became clear that “dialing in” practically EVERY website to a custom scheme was usually the ideal route if you wanted dark mode, readability and proper 100% functionality throughout a specific website by not having text or buttons disappear due to the cosmetic alterations. Yet somehow this extension, with it’s options page that’s best described as “aesthetically wacky”, is about as close to a set-it-and-forget-it solution I’ve found. Far from perfect, mind you, but also far better than its contemporaries at the same time. It’s even objectively better than google’s own current stab at a browser-wide dark mode that’s a current beta/flags option which made me compulsively shout f-bombs at my screen after about 20min of use just from how debilitating it was for browsing. So yeah, good work here!

I tried a couple and this is the best one 100%. I recommend the Smart Invert Beta option because It basically shows the site exactly as it would originally, but inverted with a black background. Do your retinas a favor and just download it lol. Whoever made this, thank you!!!! A real one.

Giving it a 5 star since I’ve been loving this extension. However, it doesn’t work anymore? Can’t set Messenger to darkmode neither from the settings in the extention nor from the settings in Messenger. Hoping for an update!

This is the dark mode extension out there. It is also very easy to use and has many settings and filters for you to adjust to your liking.

Les pages sont bien plus belles, ça fait du bien aux yeux ! Très paramétrable, le meilleur en terme de thème sombre.
